Thank you for shopping at NOMVDIC™. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this return and refund policy:  

Company ＂company＂ (referred to as either ＂the company,＂ ＂we＂, ＂us,＂ or ＂our＂ in this agreement) refers to NOMVDIC corporation. ,＂

 ＂Goods＂ refers to the items offered for sale on the service.  

 ＂Orders＂ means a request by you to purchase goods from us.  

 ＂Service＂ refers to the website.  

 ＂Website＂ refers to NOMVDIC™, accessible from www.NOMVDIC.io  

 ＂You＂ means the individual accessing or using the service, the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.  

  

Your return rights  

You may return the undamaged product for a full refund unless otherwise specified in the following section, ＂conditions for returns,” for any reason within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to the designated shipping address or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. We may issue a product replacement if the original product has a manufacturing defect, which our sole discretion shall determine. If the product is not fully returned within 30 days after the application, the application will be invalid.＂

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement with the following information:


  • Order ID

  • The model you would like to return 

  • Your name

  • Email address 

  • Phone number 

  • Pick-up address 

  • A description of the problem you are experiencing

Conditions for returns  

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please prepare all the needed documents or proof and make sure that:


  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days  
  • The goods are in the original packaging and undamaged condition
  • All accessories must be included and undamaged  

 

The following goods cannot be fully refunded:  

  • Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.   
  • Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from:   
    Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.  
  • Damage to, or abuse of, the coating on the surface of the display through inappropriate cleaning as described in the product user guide. 
  • Missing accessories/parts that came along with the projector

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.  

  

Returning goods 

If the original product has a manufacturing defect, which shall be determined by our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement product and will bear round-trip shipping costs incurred by the exchange. If it is not a manufacturing defect, you should bear the shipping costs and transportation insurance incurred by the return of goods. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
