If you're facing issues with your projector, here are some basic troubleshooting instructions to help you resolve them:

The projector does not turn on

  • Make sure the power cord is securely attached to both the projector and the power outlet.
  • If the cooling process is not complete, wait for it to finish and then try turning on the projector again.
  • If the above steps don't work, try using a different power outlet or connecting another electrical device to the same outlet to ensure it's functioning properly.

There is no picture

  • Check that the video source cable is properly connected to both the projector and the video source, and that the video source is powered on.
  • If the input source is not automatically selected, you can manually select the correct source using the Source key on either the projector or the remote control.

The image is blurred

  • Improve the clarity of the image by pressing the Focus button on the remote control, and then using the Left and Right buttons to make adjustments. You can also use the Focus Adjustment Slider to fine-tune the image.
  • Make sure that the projector and screen are properly aligned. If needed, adjust the height of the projector and the projection angle and direction.

The remote control does not work

  • Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the projector, and that they are within 8 meters (26 feet) of each other for proper functionality.
  • Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if needed.

The projector/system is frozen and unresponsive

  • Use the Power Toggle switch located on the rear I/O of the projector to turn it off.

By following these basic troubleshooting instructions, you can potentially resolve common issues with your projector and enjoy uninterrupted projection. If the issues persist, you may need to refer to the projector's user manual or contact technical support for further assistance.
